Evaluation of feline patients positive for leukemia. Its diagnosis and treatment, in the Vet Clinic veterinary clinic located in the city of Bogotá.

Abstract

El estudio exhaustivo de la leucemia viral felina se vuelve esencial debido a su resistencia y prevalencia en la población felina. En este trabajo, se llevó a cabo una investigación narrativa que abarca diversas áreas, desde las generalidades de la enfermedad hasta el diagnóstico, tratamiento y medidas preventivas. La información recopilada se aplicó de manera específica en el análisis de tres casos clínicos que llegaron a las instalaciones de VetClinic. The comprehensive study of feline viral leukemia is essential due to its resistance and prevalence in the feline population. In this work, a narrative investigation was carried out covering several areas, from the generalities of the disease to diagnosis, treatment and preventive measures. The information gathered was specifically applied to the analysis of three clinical cases that arrived at the VetClinic facility.
