Abstract

El objetivo de este poster es proponer al tenebrio molitor como una opción nutricional viable en el país, teniendo en cuenta que en otras partes del mundo como la UE y Estados Unidos se está estandarizando su producción y se han reconocido múltiples beneficios nutricionales como alto contenido de proteínas y un gran aporte a la salud del consumidor, ya sea animal o humano.

The objective of this poster is to propose Tenebrio molitor as a viable nutritional option in the country, considering that in other parts of the world, such as the EU and the United States, its production is being standardized and multiple nutritional benefits have been recognized, such as its high protein content and a significant contribution to the health of consumers, whether animal or human.
