Evaluación de los Conocimientos, Actitudes y Prácticas (CAP) sobre el tráfico y la tenencia ilegal de fauna silvestre en los estudiantes de grados décimo y once de la institución educativa Colegio La Salle en el municipio de Ocaña, Norte de Santander, Colombia.

Abstract

Colombia es uno de los países más ricos en biodiversidad de especies de fauna a nivel mundial (Rangel, 2015), sin embargo esta característica, hace que sea un país susceptible a tráfico ilegal de fauna silvestre (Vander, 2019), problemática que surge entre otras causas por la falta de educación ambiental en el contexto social colombiano (Rengifo et al., 2012); por tal motivo, es fundamental en las generaciones actuales y venideras, el aprendizaje relacionado con el medio ambiente y su conservación (Alcaldía de Medellín 2023).

Colombia is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world in terms of fauna species (Rangel, 2015). However characteristic, it is also a country susceptible to illegal wildlife trafficking (Vander, 2019), problem that emerge among other causes, due to the lack of environmental education in the Colombian social context (Rengifo et al., 2012). For this reason, is fundamental the apprenticeship about the environment and its conservation for the current and future generations (Alcaldía de Medellín, 2023)
