Manejo y tratamiento de heridas de manera tradicional y alternativa en traumatismos presentados en el sistema músculo esquelético y tegumentario en equinos de la sabana de Bogotá.

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo está basado en el manejo y tratamiento de heridas por traumatismo, que involucren el sistema musculo esquelético, piel y anexos que se puedan presentar en equinos de la sabana de Bogotá, de esta manera se dará una exposición de como fue el abordaje de cada una de las heridas que se tuvieron, si se manejó de manera tradicional o de manera alternativa, este segundo manejo se implementó con una alta prevalencia, por las heridas que se presentaron, que es el uso de apósitos con diferentes propósitos, con el fin de tener una mejor evolución de cada una de las heridas, tanto en tiempo de cicatrización, vendaje adecuado para cada una de las heridas, el uso adecuado de los diferentes apósitos usados según la etapa de cicatrización y lo que se buscaba realizar con las diferentes heridas, de esta manera nosotros pudimos observar, que el uso de apósitos en extremidades es bastante útil, por el tiempo de cicatrización y la facilidad de vendaje en la mayoría de heridas que se puedan presentar en los miembros tanto anteriores como posteriores de los equinos, de esta manera nosotros pudimos concluir que este uso de apósitos, servirá de gran ayuda para el manejo de algunas heridas que se tengan en campo, ayudándonos a cicatrizar en mejor tiempo, protección de las heridas y ambientes óptimos para la evolución de las diferentes herida The following work is based on the management and treatment of trauma wounds, involving the musculoskeletal system, skin and annexes that may occur in horses in the savannah of Bogota, in this way will be given an exposition of how was the approach to each of the wounds that were had, This second management was implemented with a high prevalence, due to the wounds that were presented, which is the use of dressings with different purposes, with the purpose of having a better evolution of each one of the wounds, both in healing time, adequate dressing for each one of the wounds, the adequate use of the different dressings used according to the healing stage and what was intended to be done with the different wounds, in this way we could observe that the use of dressings in extremities is quite useful, due to the healing time and the ease of dressing in most of the wounds that can be presented in the anterior and posterior limbs of the equines, In this way we can conclude that this use of dressings will be of great help for the management of some wounds in the field, helping us to heal in better time, protection of the wounds and optimal environments for the evolution of the different wounds.
