Abstract

El diseño de un Manual de Radiografía Ortopédica Orientado a la Evaluación de Fracturas del Tren Posterior y Anterior en Pacientes Caninos tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar un recurso que facilite la toma e interpretación de radiografías en caninos con fracturas. A partir de bases como información sobre la anatomía ósea y topográfica del canino, así como directrices para el posicionamiento adecuado del paciente y la interpretación de las imágenes radiográficas. Este recurso busca optimizar la comunicación entre médicos veterinarios y técnicos, mejorando así la calidad del diagnóstico y el manejo clínico de los pacientes. 8 Se concluye que la implementación de este manual no solo contribuye al desarrollo profesional del personal veterinario, sino que también mejora la atención al cliente al permitir diagnósticos más rápidos y precisos. En última instancia, este trabajo representa un avance significativo en la práctica de la medicina veterinaria, promoviendo un enfoque más eficiente y efectivo en el tratamiento de fracturas en caninos.

The design of an Orthopedic Radiographic Manual oriented to the evaluation of posterior and anterior train fractures in canine patients, has as main objective to develop a resource that facilitates the taking and interpretation of radiographs in canines with fractures. The main objective is to develop a resource that facilitates the taking and interpretation of radiographic images in canines with fractures, based on information about the bone anatomy and topography of the canine, as well as guidelines for proper positioning of the patient and interpretation of radiographic images. This resource seeks to optimize communication between veterinarians and technicians, thus improving the quality of diagnosis and clinical management of patients. It is concluded that the implementation of this manual not only contributes to the professional development of veterinary personnel, but also improves client care by enabling faster and more accurate diagnoses. Ultimately, this work represents a significant advance in the practice of veterinary medicine, promoting a more efficient and effective approach to the treatment of fractures in canines
