Fortalecimiento del centro médico veterinario vethealth por medio de implementación de un modelo de negocio que incluya estrategias de bienestar animal y etología veterinaria

Abstract

El presente Proyecto se remonta al año 2018 cuando uno de los autores del presente proyecto, Jennifer Barrera, inicio un Pet Shop en el barrio La Clarita de la localidad de Engativá el cual tenía como nombre Pet´s Center, en el cual se prestaba servicios de baño, peluquería y venta de accesorios únicamente, con el objetivo de tener ingresos para sufragar gastos de la formación en Uniagraria en Medicina Veterinaria, y a su vez ir creando una reputación en el sector. Para el 2021 se implementaron nuevos servicios como consulta médica, desparasitación, vacunación, todo con ayuda de un médico veterinario ya titulado, y para ese mismo año se estableció la razón social Centro Médico Veterinario VetHealth, el cual actualmente se encuentra registrado ante la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, como persona natural

This project dates back to 2018, when one of the authors of this project, Jennifer Barrera, started a pet shop in the La Clarita neighborhood of Engativá. This shop was called Pet's Center. It offered bathing, grooming, and accessory sales only. The goal was to generate income to cover the costs of training at Uniagraria in Veterinary Medicine and, at the same time, build a reputation in the sector. By 2021, new services were implemented, such as medical consultations, deworming, and vaccinations, all with the help of a qualified veterinarian. That same year, the company name VetHealth Veterinary Medical Center was established. It is currently registered with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce as a natural person.
