Literature review of the use of Oclacitinib and Lokivetmab in the management of pruritus.

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende describir dos medicamentos actualmente utilizados en el campo de la medicina veterinaria conocidos como Oclacitinib (Apoquel®) y Lokivetmab (Cytopoint®), identificando las ventajas, desventajas, seguridad y efectividad para el tratamiento y manejo de pacientes con prurito basándose en una revisión exhaustiva de literatura. The present work aims to describe two drugs currently used in the field of veterinary medicine known as Oclacitinib (Apoquel®) and Lokivetmab (Cytopoint®), identifying the advantages, disadvantages, safety and effectiveness for the treatment and management of patients with pruritus based on an exhaustive review of the literature.
