Abstract

El Instituto de Bienestar y Protección Animal de Cundinamarca – IPYBAC, es una institución enfocada en promover la tenencia responsable, el trato humanitario, la protección y el bienestar de los animales de Cundinamarca. Es de resaltar que es el primer instituto de bienestar y protección animal del nivel departamental creado en Colombia. The Institute of Animal Welfare and Protection of Cundinamarca – IPYBAC, is an institution focused on promoting responsible ownership, humane treatment, protection and well-being of animals in Cundinamarca. It is noteworthy that it is the first animal welfare and protection institute at the departmental level created in Colombia.
