Analysis of current trends in automation applied to academic contexts and services in the agrarian university foundation of Colombia

Abstract

La automatización se refiere a sistemas capaces de reaccionar de manera autónoma en diversos contextos. En el ámbito industrial, estos sistemas operan en líneas de producción, ejecutando múltiples procedimientos que transforman una materia prima en un producto final. Por lo tanto, la automatización industrial se define como la supervisión y control de sistemas de producción, utilizando tecnologías que permiten la optimización de procesos y la posibilidad de controlarlos de manera autónoma y remota (Mohammad, S. M., & Surya, L. 2018). Automation refers to systems capable of reacting in ways autonomous in various contexts. In the industrial field, these systems operate in production lines, executing multiple procedures that transform a raw material into a final product. Therefore, industrial automation defined as the supervision and control of production systems, using technologies that allow the optimization of processes and the possibility of controlling them autonomously and remotely (Mohammad, S. M., & Surya, L. 2018).
