Plan de negocio de producción tecnificada y comercialización sostenible de abono orgánico (humus de lombriz roja californiana) en el municipio de Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca

Abstract

El excesivo uso de fertilizantes químicos en la industria agrícola ha generado impactos negativos al medio ambiente y a la salud humana. Como solución, surgen los fertilizantes naturales producidos a partir de residuos orgánicos. En Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca, se desaprovechan grandes cantidades de estos residuos que terminan en rellenos sanitarios generando contaminación, surge la necesidad de implementar alternativas sostenibles como la producción de humus de lombriz roja Californiana. The excessive use of chemical fertilizers in the agricultural industry has had negative impacts on the environment and human health. As a solution, natural fertilizers produced from organic waste are emerging. In Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca, large quantities of this waste are wasted and end up in landfills, generating pollution. This has created a need to implement sustainable alternatives such as the production of Californian red worm humus. The overall objective of the project is to design a business plan for the technified production and sustainable commercialization of worm humus in the municipality of Zipaquirá, taking advantage of organic waste and generating alternatives for local economic development.
