Design of a cost tool under production orders for the manufacture of aloe-based shampoo for the coosaviunidos cooperative

Abstract

A partir de la producción de cosméticos por parte de la Cooperativa Coosaviunidos, se analizó el proceso de fabricación del Shampoo, el cual es a base de sábila, teniendo en cuanta que el proceso es totalmente empírico. Para la recolección de datos se hicieron 4 reuniones con las personas a cargo de la Cooperativa y 2 visitas a la finca en la cual cosechan la sábila, en Natagaima, Tolima. Durante los encuentros se recolectaron datos de los insumos utilizados tanto en la cosecha, como en la fabricación del Shampoo, teniendo en cuenta el recurso humano y los costos directos e indirectos que incurren en el proceso productivo. La metodología implementada es cualitativa y cuantitativa, pues se identificaron las etapas de producción y los recursos utilizados en los diferentes procesos. Based on the production of cosmetics by the Coosaviunidos Cooperative, the shampoo manufacturing process, which is based on aloe vera, was analyzed, taking into account that the process is totally empirical. For data collection, 4 meetings were held with the people in charge of the Cooperative and 2 visits were made to the farm where the aloe is harvested, in Natagaima, Tolima. During the meetings, data were collected on the inputs used both in the harvest and in the manufacture of the shampoo, taking into account the human resources and the direct and indirect costs incurred in the production process. The methodology implemented is qualitative and quantitative, since the production stages and the resources used in the different processes were identified.
