Creation of a methodological proposal for the implementation of the SGSST in MiPymes agroindustrial companies of Cundinamarca based on a stakeholder analysis. Pilot plan: “Fernando's House”

Abstract

El Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG SST) es un proceso lógico desarrollado en etapas que se implementa en las empresas con el fin de minimizar los incidentes y accidentes de trabajo, creando en los trabajadores y empleadores la conciencia necesaria respecto a peligros y riesgos a los que se encuentran expuestos diariamente en el ejercicio de su trabajo; el gobierno con el decreto 1072 de 2015 pretende minimizar las estadísticas negativas, exigiendo que todas las empresas sin importar el sector económico o tamaño establezcan este sistema, por su parte, el Ministerio de trabajo asegura que las MiPymes del sector agroindustrial en Colombia son las que menos han conseguido este logro y además presentan los mayores índices de accidentalidad a nivel nacional, las anteriores justificaciones fundamentan el presente trabajo en el estudio del SGSST en las MiPymes del sector agroindustrial en Cundinamarca, puntualmente en la empresa panelera “La Casa de Fernando” en el Peñón-Cundinamarca.
